What’s your experience? 

I have spent the last three summers working on board luxury yachts sailing the Mediterranean.  In the winters I work as a freelance chef catering for private chalets and clients throughout the 3 Valleys

What is your favourite thing to cook? 

I love to cook fish and favour asian styles

What is your favourite thing to eat? 

Sushi, soft shell crab and asian in general 

Do you have a signature dish or a speciality?

Miso glazed black cod, pak choi, sesame soy asian slaw and crispy rice noodles

Who has been your biggest chef inspiration and why?

Nathan Outlaw as I like how he lets the ingredients that he uses speak for themselves

Work on luxury yachts
