I have been a private chef on yachts for 6 years and have 4 years experience in a private chalet in Meribel
What is your favourite thing to cook?
I love cooking healthy home cooked food, full of flavour and something that looks great
What is your favourite thing to eat?
My favourite food is Mexican food and I have a soft spot for Indonesian food
Do you have a signature dish or a speciality?
My specialty on the yachts would be a sushi bowl, charter guests keep asking for it
Who has been your biggest chef inspiration and why?
I love the books of Ottolenghi as his side dishes are very renewing and full of flavour
Ski or Board?
I started skiing when I was 5 and switched to boarding when I was 27
Do you speak any other languages?
I speak German, French, Dutch and English
What do you do during the summer?
During the Summer I work on the Super Yachts
