For nearly a decade, Mountain Chefs has crafted many memorable dining experiences in the heart of the French Alps. Our menus are hand-made by your very own private chef and tailored to your group to ensure that every palate and diet is catered for, only offering the highest level of service. From relaxed family meals to refined dining; small groups to large parties with a chef and host, there is nothing we can’t help with.
Mountain Chefs was born out of a group of Private Chefs who wanted to provide this service as well as help each other. Every single Chef loves what they do and adores spending the winter season in the Alps.
Any of our Private Chefs will always take the time to talk about their favourite part of the resort - their secret Hot Chocolate stop - or their tried and tested mountain lunch hideaways.

We had the best catering experience we have ever had. Really outstanding. The quality of the dishes prepared, the presentation, the variety… And as important the quality of the service – REALLY TOP. Both Duncan and Helen. Their discretion, their sympathy, their attention to details (even the smallest ones), they were invisible but ever present, and accommodated all our small wishes and requests, some without even asking for. I do strongly recommend them for whatever occasion, and I do hope I will need their services in the future.
Superb service & food from Mountain Chefs. We wanted a one off dinner party catered for in our accommodation. This was a seemless process from start to finish. After my initial enquiry & booking we were then introduced to our chef Lou. We then chose our menu & she was very helpful with suggestions & adapted to our needs. On the day she & her husband arrived to cook for us. They were fabulous. So friendly and just quietly got on with the cooking & setting the table etc. They served us drinks & canapés & then we sat down to the most delicious 3 course meal. They tidied everything away & left the kitchen spotless. I would highly recommend them.
Mountain Chefs, Jordan and Duncan, provided the most delicious meals on our cousins ski week. They were not phased by cooking for 18 hungry skiers and soon became part of the extended family group. Canapes, mains and puddings were all perfectly thought out and served promptly. I highly recommend the team!
